Application Guidance & Document Preparation

Personalized Counseling:

  • Support students with the preparation of applications, including:
  • Updated CV/Resume (focusing on agricultural/research projects)
  • Bonafide certificate from college/university
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP) tailored for agricultural internships
  • Letters of Recommendation (if needed)
  • Required ID proofs (Aadhaar, passport, etc.)
  • Academic transcripts and certificates.

Interview Preparation & Skill Enhancement

Pre-Interview Workshops:

Conduct training on common interview questions, sector-relevant soft skills, and technical competencies (Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Poultry, Winery and Hospitality).

Communication Skills:

English language workshops, agriculture pre internship workshop, and intercultural communication.

Mentorship:

Connect students with previous interns or professionals for guidance and expectations.

Visa, Onboarding & Cultural Transition

Visa Documentation Support:

Preparing of visa documents, application of visa, Interview practice for visa interview,Advise on necessary visa types, invitation letters, insurance, financial documents, and embassy procedures for the target destination.

Pre-Departure Orientation:

Briefings on workplace culture, safety, accommodation, local laws, and networking in the new country.

Post-Departure Orientation:

Briefing and helping students in the traveling until they reach to the destination

Follow-up & Placement Tracking

Regular Check-ins:

We conduct follow-up calls and visits with both employers and placed candidates to ensure expectations are being met on both sides.
